An annual tradition, we will be kicking off the year with a hike!
WHEN: Sunday, 1:00PM – 3:00PM
WHERE: Pace Bend Park, 2805 Pace Bend Road North, Spicewood, TX 78669 – we will meet at the parking area at the Pace Bend Trailhead, Google Maps link to exact location here. Please note there are multiple trailheads, please use the link to make sure you end up in the right place.
COST: There is a $10 charge per vehicle, assessed by the park on entry. Please note they do not accept credit/debit cards.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Please be sure that your scout wears closed-toed shoes. Bug spray and sunscreen is recommended.
- Water Bottle, filled with water
- Food (a nut-free snack)
- Raincoat/poncho
- Hat
- Be sure to bring a water bottle!
RAIN PLAN: As always it is our plan to try to meet even if it is raining, but may cancel if severe storms crop up. If for any reason we cancel, we will post on Facebook as well as sending out notifications via text. You can call/text Mark at 303-810-2575.
